Jacobs Ladder : Influences Pt2
I'm not sure how many of you out there know about this movie. It stars Tim Robbins as a Vietnam war Vet who returns to New York to find his mind frazzled by the 'experimental drugs' that the US military gave him to make him more aggressive. However (plot spoiler alert) he dreamed the whole thing and was actually lying on his deathbed the whole time. It's one of those movies that messes with your mind and asks questions about our ability to decipher between our dreams and reality. What is our existence? Mental or Physical? I'm sure the Warkowski Brothers saw this because they use the same idea in the Matrix Trilogy.
